Organisational transparency

The Government has made a number of commitments to greater data transparency, in order for the public to hold public bodies and politicians to account. This includes commitments relating to public expenditure, intended to help reduce the deficit and achieve better value for money. To support this, we are finalising plans to publish the following information.

Financial transactions and expense

Senior staff pay and details of business expenses

Payments within five days

Performance against paying supplier invoices within five days of receipt of a correctly rendered invoice (forthcoming).

Financial transactions over £15K (£25K prior to August 2014)

Government Procurement Card (GPC) Transactions over £500

The HRA does not use a GPC Card.
