- CAG advice to NHS EnglandSchedule 7 of the Care Act 2014 gave the HRA the responsibility to appoint a committee to advise NHS Digital (formally known as the Health & Social Care Information Centre) on issues relating to how it disseminates identifiable information, or information that may become identifiable. As part of this process, NHS Digital must have regard to any advice given to it by the CAG.
