Qualitative responses for clarity

Feedback in the free text boxes for clarity generally said they had experienced no change or a decrease in clarity. Site variability and inconsistencies remained a challenge, and although the focused efforts around the 150 day set-up target seems to have provided greater focus on set-up time, there has been confusion on the timeline of this new target.

Respondents who identified themselves from the commercial sector commented on improvements in HRA guidance and clearer communications. More generally respondents spoke of improvements to processes which have improved clarity.
