We also analysed the results for this question by what area of health and social care respondents worked in to see if there was any difference in satisfaction between groups.

We split this into two questions, the first asking respondents to rate the efficiency of the set up process, the second to rate whether respondents felt there were unnecessary steps or duplication in the process.
