Research summary
The proposed feasibility study will test whether sharing of vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature and speed of breathing with patients is feasible. The study will give patients access to their own record of vital signs with standardised explanation of the findings provided electronically via a tablet. It will test feasibility, usage of the facility and patient satisfaction in a small sample of adult patients in two general wards.
