Research summary
This study aims to check and confirm whether a set of questions—developed in an earlier study about emotional distress in people with venous leg ulcers (VLUs)—are clear, relevant, and reliable. These questions are being used to create a scale that helps measure distress in people living with VLUs. This final phase of the research involves testing how well the questions work. To do this, we’ll use a method called a "modified Delphi questionnaire," where people with VLUs will be asked to complete either an online or paper survey. Their feedback will help us understand which questions are the most accurate and useful for measuring distress.
