Research summary
This study tries to understand the barriers for medication adherence in patients with chronic conditions. Patients are asked to complete a questionnaire over 3 time points during 6 months period which covers the topics such as social care, illness perception, concerns about side-effects and medication non-adherence.
In addition to that, the research nurse will also collect their pharmacy data and adverse events (eg: hospital admissions) for the past year and during the study period.REC name
