  The hand 20 is an illustrated questionnaire comprising of 20 short and easy to understand questions to assess disorders of the upper limb. The questionnaire has been developed by a team of 60 people consisting of orthopedic surgeons and occupational therapists. It was then validated by a research group in Japan. To date this questionnaire has not been validated outside Japan. We would like to validate the use of this simple illustrated questionnaire in our Trust for the English language version
