This is an exploratory study with the aim of contributing pilot data
1. Explore the current methods utilised by Lynch Syndrome women to reduce their risk of endometrial cancer
2. Evaluate the impact of different risk reducing strategies on the incidence of endometrial cancer in Lynch Syndrome women.
3. Investigate the reasons as to why Lynch Syndrome women engage with different risk reducing behaviours.
4. Study the impact of known risk factors for endometrial cancer on Lynch Syndrome women
5. Identify the different management strategies used by NHS services in England to reduce the risk of endometrial cancer in Lynch Syndrome.
6. Evaluate the local service to explore the effectiveness of the different modalities of endometrial surveillanceREC name
