  • Research summary

The aim of this proposal is to understand the way Fabry disease affected the kidney with a view to identifying better ways of diagnosis and treatment. This will be achieved by:
    • Assessment of human URECs isolated and grown from patients with Fabry disease or suspected Fabry disease.

This proposal represents an opportunity to move towards a “personalised medicine” approach for patients with Fabry disease.
