Research summary
This initial project has the aim to look at the usability of a smart phone application (APP) system in facilitating exercise prescriptions.
It will help identify which group do best to test the technology prior to a more rigorous clinical trial that will determine if using this APP can improve patient adherence to prescribed exercise. It is designed to involve patients in providing feedback on whether they would use such APP, whether they find such APP useful and easy to use in order to help design a larger scale study. This project will involve analysing user involvement and feedback when trialling the APP as part of their routine care.
