  This study is aimed, through a series of experiments, to explore possible underlying mechanisms for unawareness (anosognosia) for memory deficits and neuroanatomical areas more likely to be involved in lack of awareness for amnesia in acquired brain injury patients following stroke. Results will provide guidance for possible interventions for amnesiacs patients with lack of awareness and management guidance for clinicians and patient's family.
