    UKHR will obtain samples of blood and fresh frozen biopsies will be stored in the research tissue bank. In addition, preserved tissues may be retrieved from NHS pathology labs and registered to UKHR for use in research. Anonymous clinical data will be taken from medical records. Consent will be given in writing on paper or online.

    A major programming of research is underway supported by the MRC Rare Disease Platform 'HistioNode'. In addition, scientists and doctors in the UK may apply for access for the work funded by Wellcome Trust, CRUK, Blood Cancer UK, Histio UK and other research organisations.
