Research summary
This study, utilising interviews and a survey will explore the attitudes of older people (65 years and over)who smoke, with regards to smoking and smoking cessation. Other areas of exploration will include information and support needs relating to smoking and smoking cessation and potential barriers and facilitators to accessing smoking cessation services. Participants will be recruited from a primary care practice in Nottingham City. The study will run for 4 months.
