  The diagnosis of adrenocortical tumour in children is not always straightforward and there are cases in which it is difficult to predict the malignant behaviour and survival. This study aims to determine whether using some microscopic features of adrenocortical tumours (the ‘Reticulin’ score) may help to define the malignant or benign nature of these tumors and their clinical behaviour.
