    This study aims to assess the impact of brain training on mental wellbeing in the healthy elderly. Two mobile applications will be used. BrightLightOn is a novel tool for the assessment of cognitive decline, based on the Max Luscher colour test. BrainFit is a personalised brain training plan which recommends simple activities based on user preferences. The study will involve two groups of participants over the age of 60 for a period of 4 months. One group will use only BrightLightOn (N=10), the other group will use both BrainFit and BrightLightOn (N=10).
