• Data collection arrangements

  Clinicians from around Europe enrol patients in the European Bronchiectasis and NTN Registries. The data include details of their diagnosis, co-morbid illness, microbiology and treatments. The data is used to improve the management of bronchiectasis and NTM infection and to support the development of new treatments.
  Data collection is prospective and includes annual follow-up for the duration of the study. Data will be entered using a secure web-based system at www.bronchiectasis.eu

• Research programme

  The registries are a collaboration between EMBARC (the European Multicentre Bronchiectasis Audit and Research Collaboration) and the European Respiratory Society. This registry is central to raising awareness of bronchiectasis and NTM and to improving the management of the conditions around Europe.
