Health Protection Agency
A previous study showed thatintradermal rabies vaccine can provide long lasting immunity. All patients whofailed to demonstrate lasting immunity were among those who received less than0.6ml of vaccine. This study is to see if giving those patients additionalvaccine up to a total of 0.6ml by the intradermal route will generate adequateimmunity.
