Research summary
Human cadaveric radial heads will be fractured in a controlled manner. Pre and post-fracture they will undergo CT and evaluation of their size. The aim is to discover why reconstructed or replaced radial heads seem larger than they should be. i.e. to prove plastic deformation of the radial head following fracture.
