    HIV antiretriviral treatment has revolutionised the outlook for persons-living-with-HIV (PLWH) from that of an illness associated with a high morbidity and mortality to a chronic manageable medical condition. But 5-10% of those who are successfully treated develop clinically significant cognative function impairment.
    This study will look at if there is an improvement in cognative function when a new drug is added to the patients current antiretroviral medications
