  • Data collection arrangements

Subjects include outpatients with obsessive compulsive disorder, attending UK specialist outpatient clinics.
Patients will receive 'treatment as usual' (TAU), delivered naturalistically by the usual clinical care team staff.
We will obtain and store, in anonymised form, routinely collected clinical and demographic data, including the outcomes of TAU.
The data will be analysed and compared with other international OCD treatment centres, including those delivering algorithm-based care, to provide new information about the best way to deliver treatments for OCD.

  • Research programme

This database will provide support to UK and international researchers into OCD and related mental disorders and will contribute to studies that have received research ethics approval from the relevant body.
