Research summary
We will stain and image Formalin-Fixed Paraffin-Embedded (FFPE) tissue samples to characterise various targets of interest. These samples will be taken from a variety of tumours and inflamed tissue, plus controls of healthy equivalent tissue. By staining the same target proteins in healthy and diseased tissue, we can identify differences between the location and expression levels of our targets which will indicate whether they may be suitable targets for therapeutics.
