  • Research summary

    Exercise has been used as an intervention in a number of mental health disorders including schizophrenia and major depression. It has not however been examined in terms of symptomatic relief or treatment of emotionally unstable personality disorder. This feasibility study seeks to provide an exercise intervention for a group of patients with emotionally unstable personality disorder. A variety of outcome measures will be used to assess the impact of exercise on the constellation of symptoms experienced in this condition.
