About 390 male and female participants aged 18 years and older with advanced cancer will take part in this study. The study will take place at up to 40 study centres in up to 9 countries . The study is planned to last for up to 2 years. The study sponsor is Synnovation Therapeutics, Inc. who will be funding this clinical trial. This study will be made up of the following parts:
•SNV1521 Dose Escalation: The purpose of the dose escalation portion of the study is to test the safety of the study drug when different dose levels are given to small numbers of study participants in order to find out what effects, good and/or bad, a given dose of study drug has on the type of cancer.
•SNV1521 Dose Expansion: The purpose of the dose expansion portion of the study is to give the study drug at safe doses identified from the dose escalation portion to a larger number of study participants so more information on the safety and effects, good and/or bad, the study drug has on the type of cancer can be collected.
•Combination Therapy Dose Escalation: The purpose of the combination dose escalation portion of the study is to test the safety of the study drug when different dose levels are given with another anti-cancer to small numbers of study participants in order to find out what effects, good and/or bad, a given dose of study drug has on you and your type of cancer.
•Combination Therapy Dose Expansion:The purpose of the combination dose expansion portion of the study is to give the study drug at safe doses identified from the dose escalation portion with another anti-cancer therapy to a larger number of study participants so more information on the safety and effects, good and or bad, the study drug has on you and your type of cancer collectedREC name
