Research summary
Supporting High impact users in Emergency Departments (SHarED) is a quality improvement programme led by the West of England Academic Health Science Network (WEAHSN). The WEAHSN commissioned the University of Bristol to support its evaluation of the SHarED programme. The quantitative evaluation of the study will explore whether emergency department attendances for high impact users involved in the SHarED programme have reduced compared to other similar high impact users who are not involved in the SHarED programme.
