Research summary
ViaNautis polyNaut® technology consists of nanovesicles displaying cell-specific targeting properties. The aim of this research is to assess the targeting capabilities of our nanovesicles in primary immune cells and the impact of targeting on cell viability. Samples used in this research would not be introduced back into patients. Specific questions to be answered include:
• Can polyNaut® nanovesicles target specific subsets of immune cells
• Can polyNaut® nanovesicles safely deliver fluorescent reporters and therapeutic proteins to target cells.
