Research summary
The objectives of this study are to assess the safety and effectiveness of AA4500 (Collagenase Clostridium Histolyticum)in combination with the ErecAid® Esteem® Manual Vacuum Therapy System in improving curvature deformity in men with Peyronie’s disease. This is a single center pilot study where up to 30 patients will be enrolled to receive up to 4 treatment cycles of of AA4500. Success of the treatment will be defined as the percent improvement from baseline in penile curvature.
