Research summary
The Collaboration for Leadership in Applied Health Research and Care (CLAHRC) Northwest London is conducting a qualitative research evaluation of the Proactive Care in Care Homes (Proactive Care) project. The evaluation aims to provide formative feedback regarding the progress of implementation and to look at the views of care home residents and carers in relation to the changes introduced. This research will inform an understanding of the impact this project had on patient outcomes and existing care processes, as well as quality of life and well-being.
