Research summary
This study investigates baseline knowledge of microaggressions and how to respond to such situations within the healthcare system, to see how this knowledge may be improved through an educational workshop. This will be done using a presurvey to assess baseline knowledge, followed by an educational workshop led by Dr Ampat, following which participants will be invited to complete a post-survey containing identical questions of the same standard. The results of both surveys will then be compared and analysed to observe for changes in self-perceived levels of knowledge surrounding microaggressions.
