Data collection arrangements
This database aims to retrospectively collect comprehensive data on patients of all ages diagnosed with pleomorphic rhabdomyosarcoma (P-RMS) and spindle cell/sclerosing rhabdomyosarcoma (S-RMS). The data collection will encompass a wide range of variables, including baseline demographics, clinical and histopathological characteristics, detailed records of locoregional and systemic treatments, specific regimen drugs used, best radiological response to treatment, and patient outcomes.
Eligible patients will be identified at each participating centre following their standard practice. Each centre will have a unique patient ID and will assign a sequential patient ID to each case to maintain consistent tracking. Local site investigators will be responsible for entering the data into an electronic Case Report Form (eCRF) hosted on REDCap, a secure, web-based software platform designed for research data management.
