Research summary
Multicenter prospective observational study.
The study is conducted in 9 European clinical centers: 3 in Spain, 2 in Italy and Germany, 1 in France and 1 in United Kingdom.
The clinical trial comprises 189 participants and will be conducted to test the prognostic accuracy of novel biomarkers identified within the DECISION project.. This trial will include participants discharged from the hospital after a hospitalization due to development of specific, cirrhosis-related complications, associated with re-admissions and poor outcomes.
Participants will be treated according to routine clinical practice, and will be followed up until 6 months after the enrollment in the study.REC name
