Research summary
Funding has been awarded by NHS England via the Small Business Research Initiative (SBRI) for UDAMO Limited to create a basic prototype of a smartphone application. The smartphone application will automate a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) intervention known as Cognitive Restructuring (CR). SBRI and NHS England are granting 99,900 GBP to UDAMO Limited to develop a basic mobile prototype with patient input through focus groups and 1:1 interviews. The founder of the project is Jack Prior. He is the director and sole shareholder of the limited company. He is a medical student at Swansea University and will be working on the project collaboratively with Henry Hobson who is also a medical student at Swansea University.
