Research summary
Narrowings in the blood vessels that supply the heart muscle are common in patients with aortic stenosis (narrowing of aortic valve). How we treat people with these narrowings, particularly for patients who are treated with the keyhole treatment for aortic stenosis (TAVI) is unknown. This study will assess the importance of these narrowings with a new test which uses specialist computer software applied to pictures of the coronary arteries (coronary angiography).
