Research summary
The aim of this study is to set up a European registry of patients with idiosyncratic Drug induced Liver injury (DILI), enrolled prospectively with the collation of indepth phenotyping. We will enrol a similarly well-characterised control group of people who are exposed to medications matched for those implicated in DILI. We will collect and store biological samples (blood, urine, stool and liver biopsy) from the control group, and patients with DILI through the course (at onset and follow-up) of the event.
