Not Applicable – application is testing alternative approaches with the HRA. [COVID-19 amendment 11/05/2020] The amendment propses the addition of a Covid-19 research question theme and three sub-questions. Work Package 3 plan has also been revised to recruit 5 CCG Case study sites and focus on 2 Primary Care Networks (PCNs) in 2 sites. The amendment also proposes the collaboration with Vanguard New Care Models project (NIHR PRP; PI: Kath Checkland), which is focusing on the last part of their work on the Enhanced Health in Care Homes Vanguard.
