Prehabilitation is an area of growing research and priority from the James Lind Alliance. This study will enable the researches to plan a larger RCT with an aim of establishing the impact prehabilitation has on outcomes.
Participants will be recruited from orthopaedic clinic's at Sheffield Children's Hospital (SCH). The study will last until 6 months post surgery.
