• Research summary

  Thoracic cancers are a very common and lethal form of cancer. There is an urgent need for more effective treatments. Identifying which patients will benefit from specific drugs (ie. Personalised therapy) is the most promising strategy to date for improving outcomes in patients with cancer. This study aims to discover and validate potential tests (so called biomarkers) which may improve diagnostic accuracy and allow personalised therapy in the future.
