The aim of this study is to conduct a randomised controlled trial to test the effectiveness of a specifically designed educational lilfestyle programme consisting of 8 sessions of an interactive lifestyle programme for young people aged between 12-14, who are considered to be at a higher risk of developing Type 2 Diabetes and their families.
