  In the proposed study we aim to analyse, by applying high throughput analysis, the plasma proteome of individuals with significant coronary artery disease compared to healthy individuals without CAD to obtain a better understanding of the underlying mechanisms leading to the identification of new targets for intervention and detection of vascular diseases.
