  To determine the effect of pregnancy complications (pre-eclampsia, fetal growth restriction, preterm birth and gestational diabetes) on the stem biology, differentiation potential and epigenetic profile of fetal stem cells with the long term aim of determining their capability for regenerative medicine applications when compared to stem cell populations from normal pregnancies.
