  Cerebral small vessel disease(SVD)is the primary cause of vascular cognitive impairment (early stage dementia).
  This study will be a test of concept study to examine whether Tadalafil increases blood flow into deep brain tissue and could therefore have the potential to reverse the damaging effects of SVD.
