The research study is looking into the feasibility of introducing parent-led medication administration on the neonatal unit. The research aims to determine how parents feel about administering medication to their baby and would they be willing to be more involved in this process while their baby was an inpatient on a neonatal unit to prepare them better for life after discharge.
The results of this study could be used to change how things are done on the neonatal unit to improve family integrated care.REC name
