Research summary
Papillon-Lefevre Syndrome (PLS) is an extremely rare inherited autosomal recessive disease characterised by a diffuse palmoplantar keratosis and early onset, severe periodontal destruction leading to premature and permanent loss if of teeth. This study aims to compare the functional abilities of neutrophils from PLS patients to those of healthy controls.
