  The present study wishes to assess how effective the palliative lines of treatment are in advanced renal cancer patients and what benefit patients receive in terms of stability of disease. To achieve this we wish to retrospectively evaluate the patient response to different first and second-line treatments; including surveillance alone. We propose to retrospectively review the types of therapies used, duration and subsequent disease progression.
