  The primary outcome of this study is to determine the feasibility for an expanded re-biopsy study. This would be judged by the ability to extract good quality nucleic acids from paired patient samples for molecular analysis. In this feasibility study we would hope to achieve this in 8 out of 15 paired biopsies.
