  The Oxford Orthopaedic Research Database contains clinical details about patients and the treatment they received. Data are held on servers at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Clinical details are obtained from questionnaires that patients complete and from hospital records.

• Research programme

  The aim of creating this database is to collect detailed clinical information on long-term patient outcomes. The data can then be used to perform research into which treatments work best, so that clinical care can be modified to improve clinical outcomes in the future.
