Research summary
Fractional flow reserve (FFR) the current “gold-standard” for determine the severity of stenosis in the coronary arteries, but it is an invasive procedure involving patient catheterisation. FFR measurements derived from CT coronary angiography images has been developed but not yet fully explored for other regions in the body. This project aims to utilise 4D flow MR WIP to determine flow parameters and compare these to gold standard measurements.
