Research summary
In-depth interviews will be used to investigate young people's experiences and understanding of transitioning from CAMHS to adult mental health services. Eligible participants are young people who are currently engaged in the last stages of CAMHS care provision and who have previously stated their willingness to be contacted for research purposes. These interviews will take place at each individual participant's convenience - researchers will be available to meet with participants at their homes, at their community CAMHS/AMHS services, and in private spaces provided by South Bank University. The study will continue until approximately 25 interviews have been conducted.
