Research summary
Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) directly deliver care to patients and are required to perform a variety of tasks to a high standard to maintain safe and high quality patient care. Improving the overall performance of healthcare professionals can therefore help to provide a better standard of care for patients. This research will explore the use of new neuroenhancement technologies in the healthcare setting to improve the performance of healthcare professionals and determine what impact this has on outcomes in healthcare. The views of patients and healthcare professionals about the use of this technology are fundamentally important and will also be investigated.
