  This study aims to further develop the use of molecular diagnostics using circulating tumour cells in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. The first part of the project will assess the diagnosis performance of the CellSearch System compared with the Clearbridge ClearCell System. The second part of the project will looking for agreement between molecular markers (e.g. PD-L1) diagnosed using circulating tumour cells and other tissues, such as ascites and pleural effusion.
